This Privacy Policy explains how SpringTap Water Systems ("SpringTap", "we", "us") handles information collected through springtapwatersystems.com and in the course of providing residential water filtration services in South Florida.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:
- Contact information you submit — first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- Check My Water request details — ZIP code, your main water concern, your current drinking water source and whether you own or rent your home.
- Consent selections — whether you opted in to marketing updates and whether you opted in to SMS/text messages.
- Basic website and referral data — the page you submitted from, the referring website and campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, plus the date and time of submission.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and confirm whether we serve your area.
- To schedule and carry out assessments, installations and service visits.
- To send appointment, installation and service updates related to your request.
- To send maintenance reminders and occasional updates, if you asked for them.
- To keep records of requests, consent and communications, and to improve our website.
Communications with customers and leads
We may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request, your appointment, your installation and follow-up service. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by emailing or calling us using the details below.
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
When you voluntarily opt in to SMS communications — by checking the optional SMS consent box in the Check My Water form — SpringTap may use your mobile number to send text messages related to your inquiry, your Check My Water request, appointments, water filtration services, installations, service updates and relevant follow-up communications.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
SMS consent is separate from any other consent. Submitting the Check My Water form does not by itself opt you in to text messages — the SMS box must be checked by you.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate our business — website hosting, secure data storage, and a customer relationship management platform used to manage inquiries and send appointment and service communications. These providers process information only to provide services to us, and are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
Website technologies and cookies
Our website stores your Check My Water answers in your browser during your visit so you don't lose your place, and records the campaign parameters of the link you arrived through. We do not use this data to identify you outside of a request you submit.
Data protection and security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-restricted systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for our business and legal purposes.
Your choices
- You can decline the optional SMS and marketing checkboxes and still submit a request.
- You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
- You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us below.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children.
